Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Beautifully Bare, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $35 cancellation fee.
No-call, no-show appointments will also be subject to the $35 fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the $35 fee may apply.

Product Returns & Refunds
• Eligibility: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
